My men in the field dont complain, but their Accounts Receivable department is awful! I often dont even receive an invoice sometimes and then they bill me for finance charges. I called to complain but the lady said "Oh well, Donna is just like that"....the I dont care attitude just adds insult to injury.
WPR has a good product and we havent had any problems with the concrete. However, they dont always show up on time. Had a pumper truck waiting for them to show. They were an hour late. We were charged \$100 for the hour that the pumper truck was kept waiting. Not good business. No apology or discount on the price. Will not use again.
love their work and ppl r great, wondrful place to do business with, they have the best concrete around with some of the lowest prices.awesome folks localy owned and operated
