The property management company representatives were also very nice, informative, and quickly responded to emails. The value is amazing. I hesitate to write a review because I want to keep Wall my secret! The price is unbelievable and the location provided everything I needed. Lots of privacy, great internet, full amenities, and an amazing view of the hills of Silverlake. Also, the private patio my unit had was worth the price of the rental alone. Our property manager, Marcy, was incredibly responsive and kind. I stayed here in 2015, came back in 2017, and will be back every time I need to rent in LA! In my experience with Walls Property Management from the last 3 months, the shining star has been the property manager, Marcy Cardona. The location and the units have been ideal for me and my family but the personal attention and support further than changing a light bulb has been all Marcy. I have been lucky to have her as a rental reference on my search for permanent housing. Just like a great hotel, the structure brings you there but the people bring you back.
