Completely in disarray. Ive been requesting a call from the surgical coordinator for 1.5 going on 2 weeks to put in surgery and never received a call. I was told by the doctor it would be same day call if not next day call and they’re giving the run around. Please hire people that do their job!!!!!
Made an appointment for my husband and myself in December of 2024 to be seen in March of 2025. All insurance info given on the phone and again when we filled out the lengthy online new patient information. Everything was accepted and they charged the copay. Arrived for our appointment only to be told that they don't accept our insurance and they couldn't refund our copay. If we wanted that back, we had to call billing and ask for it. We waited 3 months for nothing. Completely unprofessional.
