I loved this office the first time I visited, really enjoyed the PCP I saw, and the women at the front desk are great. That said, today I waited an hour and 10 minutes for my OBGYN appointment and still was not seen. There was no apology or even acknowledgement of the time they'd wasted until I was walking out the door. I'm really disappointed.
