I called before 5 like 3 times and they hung up coz the don't want to take my call
I called at 9:40 am asking for an emergency appointment. I was told by the receptionist I have to be triaged by a nurse before an appointment with a doctor can be provided. I waited an hour for a nurse to call back. When that didn’t happen, I called back. Finally, nurse Adeline called me back. I explained to nurse Adeline that I’m having unbearable pain. I also informed her that I have two large fibroids that have sent me to the ER two months ago. I was not given many options at the ER, but was told to follow up with my OBYG... read more

Very bad service... I called in the morning for help and they said the nurse will call you an one hour... that never happened... I called again they answer the phone and hung up the phone.
I am currently a pregnant patient and have had it with this office. The doctors are good but the office is a joke. I’ve been trying to reach the urgent line on their phone all day and no one answers. Same with the nurses line. Additionally, they lost my blood in the beginning and I had to come in for new bloodwork. I also have had scheduling issues- someone told me I was coming in for my anatomy scan and when I showed up it was just a regular appt.
