I sent my paperwork to transfer over, since i am in my 2nd trimester. They schedule an appointment for me weeks ago and they called me the day before my appointment to tell me that I was not approved as a transfer patient. At the end of business!!! So not only did I get told this completely last minute but also without enough time to be able to call other clinics to try and find another appointment elsewhere. Had a young lady named Diana pineda take my wife as a patient , usually I come here no problems but she was being rude today and being on phone non stop she accidentally let out a couple of curse words while we were in the same room not professional at all
