Was there today dropping off lawnmower for annual servicing. Since it’s Saturday and they are not open all day, I was lucky enough to be well looked after by Sam. He was awesome even though he had many hats to fill. He was calm, sweet and obliging. I’m sure other staff is nice but I will always stop to say hi to Sam and have a treat for him. It’s Girl Guide cookie time. Thanks Sam!
A malfunction was missed on the initial service on my snow blower. When notified, the staff were extremely apologetic, helpful and prompt. My equipment was repaired, all was explained, and there was no cost to me. I felt a very understandable miss was handled very professionally which is what matters most. Thanks. I’ll be back again:
I brought my equipment there last week. I was not impressed very unhappy. I told them give me a price before you go about working on it. They got all their kids in the back that get paid 1213 $15 an hour long story short they overcharged me they went ahead and worked on it. They were very rude to me when it was all done and if you wanna get something done, I would highly recommend Kabota.
