Disappointing Experience and Poor Communication I brought a flat tubeless tire from my Toro snow blower to WPE Landscaping Equipment for repair. When I arrived to pick it up the next day, I was informed that a tube had been installed, bringing the total cost to $55. I was not notified beforehand that this change would be made or that it would increase the cost and get my approval. I recently attended WPE to have a hedge trimmer repaired. From my initial contact with Tony and then with Rob, I found their service was absolutely fantastic. They were courteous, professional, and thorough. My trimmer was repaired within one day and they took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it in the future.
