staff was extremely rude when we came for our wedding cake tasting. the baker communicated to me on our phone call a week ago to come in today around noon and they’d be available for the tasting. the woman working the front counter insisted jen didn’t set up our appointment or communicate that with me and had a very dismissive, nasty attitude with me. it sounds like there were some communication issues with the team that she was taking out on us. she told me “i didn’t need to be mad at her”, which we weren’t. it felt like we... read more
I ordered a vegan birthday cake for my niece and nephew and WPA team did their thing! Not only were the cakes beautiful they were also delicious! I ordered super last minute and they came through for me with the theme and called me several times to make sure I get what I asked for. The decorations were on point colors were perfect. I used WPA Bakery for our wedding last November, and I couldn't have been more impressed! David and Jennifer were amazing to work with—super accommodating, quick to respond, and an incredible value.
