Great facility with knowledgeable Owners/ Instructors. Alex is amazing at helping get the most out of the athletes he's training. Highly recommend this sports performance facility!
Certified fitness instructors tailor a workout for your needs with encouragement and praise with a bit of motivation tactics to push yourself. They are concerned about safety and form while working out. Sanitizing wipes and spray keep equipment clean.
