Very unprofessional, rude, and takes forever to file your taxes. Also, he messed up my child tax credit almost 3 times. Thats about 5,000, and acts very childish when confronted about charging me for his error. Apparently, in his world, its acceptable to take 3 years to accurately file someones taxes, and then charge them double for amending those taxes when it was his error that caused the issue.
