I personally will be bringing my business elsewhere. Not the friendliest which I can live with, however they missdiagnosed an issue leading me to pay for repairs worth more than the car. Price was always reasonable, however everytime I got the car back there was another issue. Never a single issue prior
The worst garage experience I’ve ever had. No customer service skills. They constantly put the phone down on me, told me I was testing their patience, screamed at me. All after they had taken 2300 bucks off me and then I picked the car up in worse condition than when I dropped it off. They did a hack job and wouldn’t admit it but then refunded me my money out of guilt while still denying they did anything wrong. I don’t know how this place is still in business the way they talk to people is gross, dirty criminals
Local company, friendly, great team they have on hand!
So they failed my truck on out of province inspection. Said they fixed the leaking exhaust manifold. $2200. Took the truck to Alberta, exhaust manifolds both leak, and theres a random bolt stacked up with washers holding things together. This is an automatic fail. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Also he destroyed my cylinder heading trying to drill a bolt out, should be drilled on a 45 he drilled at nearly a 90. Kootenay as it gets. He even forgot his broken bit inside my “fixed” manifold.
