WOW!!! Gene came out within a day of my calling (we were only here for 4 days) and he did an amazing job of fixing an old sliding glass door that we thought we’d need to replace. It barely opened before and now it slides beautifully! He literally saved us thousands of dollars! He also fixed our front door which had SO many problems - the wood floor in front of the door was warped so he had to make so many different and complicated adjustments and kept at it for over 2 hours. The guys at WOW were great to work with. They came put right away when I needed an estimate and were the best price of the others. When I told him I was in a time crunch due to selling my home, they made it happen within a very timely manner and were hard working, polite, and friendly. I would definitely use them in the future if I need window repair and recommend them to anyone.
Amazing service and work, I would always trust this company for any work in the future. They fixed our sliding glass door and had exceptional customer service and delivered!
I call this company this morning and to my surprise, I had a service tech ready to repair my 2 sliding doors at 2 pm. Eugene was very professional and knowledgeable, he explained the repair needed on each door, and also replaced one handle that was broken. I am extremely happy with his service, how straight forward their prices are, and I will definitely consider Wow Fix for all my windows, doors and trims repairs.
Had appt today from 12-5 to get an estimate .. it’s 6:30, oh well , not doing business with them
