Had a minor issue with the window pane they installed. Called them up, and they were back to fix it with no fuss. Really appreciate their after-sales service.
Had a pocket door come off the track and had no idea how to fix it. A google search showed that I would need to remove the framing around the door to even start to figure out what might be wrong - something we are not comfortable doing. Not many companies seem to fix pocket doors, and WOWFix was one of very few that even mentions it on their site. Reviews looked good and decided to reach out. WOWFIX lives up to its' name. I am completely amazed. I had another window company come look at my window and tell me it was not fixable. I got lucky enough to call WOWFIX and talk to Eugene. (He says everyone who works there is as good as him but I find that hard to believe...but after working with him I believe what he tells me).
