Maybe I'm the jerk here, but Kubota does not provide troubleshooting assistance over the phone. They leave that to their dealer reps, like Wowco. I called, they would not take the time to troubleshoot an issue over the phone with me. Not thrilled with their service.
Everyone i spoke with was patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Busted a hydraulic hose on Good Friday and they were open for a replacement. Quick and fairly priced.
This place is the absolute best... hands-down. Best tractor. Best service. Best people. This family is the "Matress Mack of Baytown"... they do SO MUCH good for our local community, I don't know why you wouldn't wanna buy local! Do your soul and your area some good and shop Wowco...
