WOW! Work Out World is been my gym since I moved to the area. I really like the facility.
Good gym. The weights section is huge and not as busy as I expected. Some of the machines are a little dated, and there's only two racks but plenty of space.
Multiple pieces of broken equipment, a 75 pound dumbbell that's literally falling apart, and this location hasn't gone back to 24 hours in two years. Avoid!

I worked with David as my personal trainer with Redwood personal training at Wow medford. He is absolutely great at what he does. Really encouraging, knowledgeable and has a positive attitude towards making me achieve my goals. Highly recommend him. About gym: Gym is fine, very clean. All equipments are old and it is located in the basement so sometimes you’ll not have signal or wifi.
