I go to the gym at 5am and there’s been multiple times when it’s just closed at 5am for some unknown reason, they don’t post it anywhere it’s just closed, very very frustrating to be paying $27 per month and this happening, not just once or twice but multiple times. It used to be a great gym but not anymore

Went this morning around 500am, not open. Did the hours change? This is a frustration on top of equipment being under repair for months now (one stair climber under repair for months, the massage chair that was under repair is now gone? And one of the rowers doesn't have foot straps so it's not useable) I love the convenience of this gym but it's becoming frustrating to go

DIRTY! Unsanitary bathrooms never cleaned. Feces in the shower! 💩 Been going here for years and this is the worst it has ever been. I don't know how they haven't been shut down.

Recently gone down hill. The stair master (one of only three) has been down for months. There was a small mouse in the locker room. Things are not as clean. I don’t know what’s going on but not worth $27 a month that’s for sure.

The steam room hasn’t worked in 5 months. I guess it’s the new norm at this location. Not sure why but just have it fixed already 🙃. But false advertising NOT GOOD!? Stop telling people over the phone or in person . membership comes with access to the steam room. Plus as a plumber owner know it’s a simple fix but expensive if u can’t afford to fix it you shouldn’t be a franchise owner.
