I called for an appointment the First Lady was nice. The transferred me to a guy to take the appointment and when I started asking how it works and insurance he starts telling me about making another appointment another day, which boggled my mind. Then he gets an attitude and say I don’t know let me transfer you to somebody else. No one every gave me a chance to ask questions about how it works. I had tohe money for an examination. The office has a very pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Mark listens to my concerns and addresses them right away. Dr. Mark is very nice. I will go back again.
