⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointed with my experience with WOW Tile. I ordered their “Linen” tile for my kitchen backsplash and specifically approved the product based on the sample tile/photo they provided prior to installation. The tile that was actually delivered and installed looks completely different from the approved sample. The original sample was a soft warm greige/taupe tone, while the installed tile is a much cooler gray that completely clashes with my kitchen’s color palette.
