The Owner Tommy Phan purchased a Zippo lighter from me on Ebay for $200. He decided to return the Zippo because he was not happy. He sent a different lighter worth about $15 back to me. Because the package was scanned at my door by the Post Office, Ebay refunded the $200 back to his account. He is a scammer. When I get my lighter back, I will write a positive review.
