I’m disappointed with my experience at WOW Smiles. I went through a very difficult time with my mental health and removed my own braces. I later went to rehabilitation, graduated, and I’m proud to say I’m in a much healthier place today. I called WOW Smiles because the leftover glue is hurting my teeth and I simply wanted it safely removed. They told me they wouldn’t help because I removed my braces myself and owe money, and told me to call another office.
