The product is good. We bought 2 mats (4’8 by 1/2 thick) that are well made and stable. The customer service was not good, however. I placed an order for the two mats over the phone and was told that I would be contacted within 2 weeks. I hadn’t heard after those two weeks so I reached out again and was told the mats were ready the next week.
