We are two weeks in with our Wow internet. It is hands down the worst ISP we've ever had. Constant disconnects. Router restarts multiple times a day. We pay extra for a stronger home network... Customer service just asks us to restart our router again after we've already done that. When dealing with support they say that everything looks good on their end and ask us to restart our router again. It's asinine trying to deal with them. Incompetent//Nothing follows.
I’m on the phone for a total of 3 hours today dealing with these people. Signed up 4 days ago. Internet went out today. Took India (yea you of course only get Americans on the sales call) 30 mins to get it back on. When I hung up I noticed my bill was much higher than what the rep sold me. So I had to call back. Sent to India again. Took 40 mins to get my bill the way it should have been. However…I was sent two eeros and a modem. They have awful customer service. They do not take care of their customers. They double billed me and didn’t give me a refund. I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again
