When you call technical support, not one person speaks clear English! Frustrating! Service has gotten pretty bad in the last couple of months!
You can’t get anyone local on the phone. If your Internet goes down and you call the number, They give you the runaround with an automated message telling you to go online. It’s hard to go online when your Internet has been disconnected. When you finally get someone human on the phone, they barely speak English. Terrible customer support.
Internet constantly disconnects. They send out subcontractors as technicians who can't actually fix the issue. We have had this issue for months and they are unable to resolve it.
Worst internet alive constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, not to mention it doesn’t act right even after a restart.
I have not had an entire day of internet in over ten years
