I switched from Xfinity to WOW 1.5 months ago because Xfinity was charging me $109.00 a month for WiFi. WOW offered locked in rates $40 a month. Boy do I regret the switch! My WiFi hasn’t worked a solid 3 days! I have to troubleshoot almost daily! I end up using the hotspot with my phone. Customer service stinks too! You get what you pay for!!!! I don’t know what to do. Highly do not recommend this service provider! It’s been 8 days without a connection, customer support just keeps saying the same thing ! At that based off the responses they don’t seem to care !
Their technicians entered my backyard without permission and left the gate open for my dog to get out.
Nothing but issues. Was quoted $80 a month for fiber and come to find out its $100 and they don’t even have it in my area even though its labeled as having it. Internet is choppy and cuts in and out, phone barely works on it, and laptop won’t connect to it from 5 feet away. Do yourself a favor and pay for AT&T.
Not too sure how this company hasn't been shut down and/or investigated for fraud.
