overpriced for internet that doesn’t let you use the internet lol. dont get me started on the customer service. not only do they speak horrible english but they are RUDE. they always have an attitude ugh, they are some very frustrating people. no wonder they don’t ask to leave a review of them at the end of a phone call as most other companies do. i’ll never make this mistake again, and warn your people 😂
Salesman keeps hounding us and showing up at the door, despite us never filling out a contact form and telling him no thanks. Going as far as watching our house and coming to the door as soon as we return home. Very creepy and predatory.
We were having outdoor work done at our house, so naturally, I decided to work from home. You can imagine my dismay when the workers cut the cable line and my day ground to a halt. I called WOW! and they had someone there within two hours to restore service and get my workday back on track. Beyond providing steady internet service (I’ve used other providers and experienced intermittent issues with all, not WOW!), their ability to respond so quickly to a repair is remarkable. Very impressed.
The worst internet service I have ever had. I had problems with the first modem (it was defective) and they tried to charge me for it even though they admitted it was their fault. Thought everything would be better with the new modem but no. I have to unplug and reset it almost everyday and multiple times a day sometimes. The service is just absolute trash. Do not recommend.
Signed up for 30.99 a month, then they started charging me 50 a month for 300 internet. There were outages the entire 2 years I had it. When I called to cancel, they claimed they couldn't find my account when I gave my address, name,two phone numbers and email. I called back with my account number and they finally "found" my account when I gave them person's name that transferred the account into mine.
