is there a less than one star available? worst customer service of a garbage company. 29 minutes waiting for customer service on phone that I can never get back for my life. finally reach a human, internet comes back on, and they hang up. I truly feel sorry for their lower level employees. I hope at least they get paid well. their recording says that you can recommend them to a friend. I don't hate my friends and would not do that to them.
I don’t even use Wow, but some sales guy just POUNDED on my front door trying to make a sale at 630pm, then stomped off through my yard, kicking plants. I’m ready to call the police. Oh, and I have a no soliciting sign.
A person with WOW credentials coming around my neighborhood for 3 weeks all at 8:30pm and later. Tried to sell us on their products while trying to put the kids down for the evening and the dog is barking its head off.
Most useless Customer Service team ever! None of them no what to do, ever! Explain to me how I can have email on my phone, but not my devices??? They're coming very close to making Comcast look competent, which is scary!!!
Your representatives don't understand the meaning of a "No Solicitation" sign. In plain view. On my front door. How can the bearer of a business card reading "John Doe, Residential Field Sales Representative" *not* comprehend the meaning of a sign which essentially says, "Leave me alone"?
