I am having terrible service right now with WOW. I want to return the equipment they are asking for from my old address, but I only have a two modems and a Eero 6. They say I have two modems, two beacons and two bases. I have two modems and one Eero 6. I have to drive an hour away to drop them in an unmanned dropped box? I will be contacting the FCC... today wow came and disconnected our cable and left their box on our porch.... we did not ok this and never said we would be changing our current cable company to wow... cannot get a hold of anyone at wow and when my husband did live chat was told we would have to send the box back...we now have no cable.. phone or internet and our current company is trying to figure this out... this is a scam and at minimal illegal!

This is what wow has done to the side of our building in Troy Michigan. There is only 8 condominiums that this supplies to. What in the name of everything that is holy happened and why do workers think this kind of work is ok?????

We have had WOW for about 20 years, and have stuck with them because there really wasn't much competition, and the service was decent. However, over the years, the price would inch up, but the service would remain acceptable. I'd have to call every few years and question the pricing. Initially, customer service would offer a special; however, within the last 7 years or so, apparently, they were no longer able to do that. overpriced for internet that doesn’t let you use the internet lol. dont get me started on the customer service. not only do they speak horrible english but they are RUDE. they always have an attitude ugh, they are some very frustrating people. no wonder they don’t ask to leave a review of them at the end of a phone call as most other companies do. i’ll never make this mistake again, and warn your people 😂
