Had a tech guy come out to replace my old cable and fix my spotty internet performance after over 6 years of being a customer. Unbeknownst to me, not only did the tech guy leave a loose wire hanging out of my internet box thing that's attached to the back of my house (see photo), but when the he left, he left all of the gates open to my backyard that were always shut because of the dog. We had two tech visits that we were told we wouldn’t be charged for when we called, they did charge us and now won’t refund. No integrity in this company. Will start shopping other options.
No one to talk with. The return box was ridiculously small. No proof you have returned your equipment.
We had an understanding I’m not living there so they said they’d with a courtesy call of 30 MINUTES and it takes me 10 minutes to drive there. I was told he was on the way and I arrived there 15 minutes at most after this call. “On the way” not there is what I was told. I pull in, he starts pulling out as I get out of my car. Took my fiancé 20 minutes to reach them and he said he waited 15 minutes then left. Those times absolutely don’t match up and we had an understanding. I had a problem with my Internet so the technician he was so nice. with me unusually every time I have problem, they fix it right away or otherwise they sent technician to the house. I’ve been having Wow service for a long time. I never had problem with them. Seriously, I recommended Wow and very reasonable
