This morning, two guys came to install my new wow Internet, they were professional well mannered, and did a great job installing it. All of the lines are clean. Here is a picture I got the 500 MBPS and look at my speed! The house is 1500 ft., and this is all I needed.

Tried to cancel my service over a year ago and returned my modem and they continue to bill me. The only way to try and communicate with this company is via phone call. Be prepared to wait hours!! I have talked to 3 seperate sales people and no one has fixed the problem. Thats the photo of the piece of equipment I put into there bin. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I am currently in contact with fox 13. I've seen several other people with similar issues

Installed for my new account with old, outdated, used equipment. Their customer service agents are in another country and couldn’t care less. They read off their scripts for an hour not listening to anything. Spectrum replaced their awful service with brand new out of the box equipment and professional service.

They read off their scripts for an hour not listening to anything. Spectrum replaced their awful service with brand new out of the box equipment and professional service. Immediately after I cancelled service, my phone calls are now routed to a call center with American staff. Very deceptive practices.

Don't get your internet from Wow.... without warning your bill will triple in 2 years. Stay away... then they try to charge $300, a month after you cancel. Total conmen.
