Too bad I need to light even a single star to review. I had WOW for several years and in the beginning was okay. More recently a rep lied to me about what I would get updated with a mandated service price increase. Instead the service was awful, upload speeds unusable, they could and would fix it for a day so I know the hardware was capable, then after a day uploads returned to 2G speeds and most systems would time out. I have them for my business Internet. I was told it was a month-to-month contract and I could cancel at any time, and then when I went to go cancel, I was told I was in a two year contract and I would have to pay $2000 to completely cancel it. Will not be using them again after this contract. Do yourself a favor and don’t trust companies that make you get into contracts. There’s a reason why they wanna do that.
Not reliable at all! Do not subscribe! Great customer service people. Feel bad for them. Weekly manual router resets and calling to resend signal....did I say weekly!? No joke.
