The internet is pretty good and the deal i got was amazing, never had a problem contacting the customer services, always super fast. I WOULD DEF recommended to get services with WOW

I am not a customer of WOW and I am very happy for that! I dog sit and every time I am at the dog's house the internet goes out. Customer service will not allow you to ask for a reboot unless you have the subscribers social security number or the last amount they paid on their account. Totally sucks because here I am again without Wi-Fi

We are just starting to use our WOW service so I will have to wait to comment on that, but I can verify the salesperson “Bob” is outstanding and the guy that put our system in “Christian” was amazing! We did have a small problem with one computer due to it’s age…after calling service we were ready to drop WOW, but luckily when we demanded someone “person” come check it out”, they sent back Christian…..he figured out the problem and so far all is running great! Horrible experience so far...cannot send email unless I log in via the web, cannot watch streaming services, cannot access my VPN or remote backup when traveling. All I wanted was a modem in bridged mode for my current hardware to work. The first installer arrives with this wireless box I did not want and the modem while it worked for downloading everything you access, it does not allow port forwarding or uploading content. Second Installer helped repackage my account and alas, I still can port forward...even in bridge mode.... read more
