I can get much cheaper service by comcast then they let me know they could lower after the fact
Wow does not care about the customers because i've called and complained about my service.Multiple times and it's still is having issues and all they can offer me was a ten dollar credit

HOLY SHIT
I have to call every month to get them to stop throttling my internet. I never get the 600 Mbps I pay for, then they have the audacity to tell me they can send a technician out for an additional $64 AND raised my bill from $73 to $85.48. For what? I'm pulling barely 100 Mbps, contacted customer service and all they do is give me the run around as if I haven't been through this MULTIPLE times. I despise Wow! Internet. And their customer service is terrible, and treat me like a child.
