I have never experienced customer service this dismissive. When I called about charges on my bill, every agent I spoke with talked over me and repeatedly told me to “look at my bill” instead of answering my questions. When I pointed out how unhelpful that was, I was insulted and brushed off. They suck.
zero stars is too much for this company. We had reliability issues from the very start and our business internet was crippled without internet. I have finally found a new provider and found out today that the agreement we signed 3 years ago "auto renews" every year and that I would have termination fees to end our contract. Totally deceptive and underhanded business practice in my opinion. It takes forever to get someone on the phone when you call and you have to terminate your service in writing even though they verify you ... read more
