they installed my internet in Dothan alabama after i told them tuesday the apartment was in madison alabama. Now i will not have internet until monday because "i requested a change of address". They also now want me to take off work to accommodate them.
Wish I could give zero stars. This internet sucks, outages every single day. Can’t even watch a show without it buffering.
A technician came out and dropped off the starter kit but did not do no outside work and turned around and left
IHAVE CALLED THAT NUMBER 5 TIMES!!!! NOTHING IS DONE!!!!!! Imagine the worst customer service you have ever had then multiply that by 100 and you would be getting close to how bad this bunch is!!! The number they provided in their response is OF COURSE in India, no results to numerous calls, promise and do nothing. Crew had the residents mailboxes blocked while they worked on two of their bucket trucks and blocked the office parking with a pickup truck, refused to move the pickup and got hostile when I asked a second time.
