Avery did a great job.
Called to make a standard monthly payment. Customer service representative substituted the last 4 digits of my credit card for the amount I actually owed, charging my card over four thousand dollars, instead of the legitimate amount. Almost 2 months later, still waiting for resolution. UPDATE: regarding the response from WOW, the refund is expected in a few weeks. Really? It’s been 8 weeks already! Such a greedy company who will take your money and then cut your services off. I’ve make payments with them just for my service to cut off “them not receiving my payments” even though the payments were cleared from my account. They won’t do anything to help me resolve my issue. I will never use them again once I move.
RUN! If I could give this company a ZERO I would. Do not waste your money or time because the time os what will cost you the most. Dropped after 8+ years if your internet goes out they want you to wait a week to get it fixed basically just go with AT&T or anyone else come get you equipment out the trash
