Terrible had cash no place to stop drop cash payment. Guess i go somewhere else for internet service
I've been with wow for over 11 years and I've been reasonably happy up until a few months ago. Told them I was moving and needed to disconnect my Internet for a few months until I got my new house finished. Just got a Bill in the mail at my old house for 3 months and they're telling me there's nothing they can do to fix it. Wow you just lost a customer that's been with you for over a decade.
What's the sense of having a local office without access to in person interaction??? You get only a 1/2 star !! Why would anyone do business this way???
Giving them 2 stars for the past 22 years of service (I've been a customer since 2003). The price is good if you can get the service to work. If you can't get the service to work, it's minimum 3 days to get a tech out. My internet has been out for 2 weeks and after 3 service calls, it's still out so I canceled and called xfinity, who came right out and got my service connected. Wow has zero sense of urgency for outages, and as someone who works from home, I must have reliable internet.
