The worst and slowest internet I’ve ever had.
I tried out WOW! Fiber 3Gbps for almost 10 months. The installation was horrible. The technician arrived during the specified timeframe in the morning, but spent hours trying to get it working. He eventually had to escalate an issue with their device up the chain of command and finally returned late in the afternoon to finish the job. Once installed, the speed was fantastic when it worked, but their modem/router always ran hot to the touch, which seemed to be make it unreliable. Crew had the residents mailboxes blocked while they worked on two of their bucket trucks and blocked the office parking with a pickup truck, refused to move the pickup and got hostile when I asked a second time. Every aspect of this business is terrible. Now they are getting me for $4 a month although I am trying to switch to paperless. An hour on the phone with India NO HELP tried online chat they cut me off because I guess I did not type fast enough. I am so --------- frustrated with this bunch.
