Even though I was an hour late, wow got me into a dock quickly and got me unloaded in a timely manner.
Great place. Showed up the night before, was able to park in the parking lot overnight. Checked in at 08:00 for a 09:30 appointment. Got unloaded fast.
Very professional and courteous people, wish all the where houses had this kind of people, they work with kindness and professionalism
My truck broke down on. A Friday I had to get it repaired. It made me late so I arrived after they closed. I spent the weekend on their lot. I was the first person to check in Monday morning. But I was the last truck they unloaded. Wow have a heart WOW. I lost money getting my truck repaired. Most my next 2 loads because I had to sit all weekend waiting to get unloaded.
