6月份开始的健身的，已经3个月了，体测结果各方面指标都在变好，我是小基数，减重比较困难，所以我的教练Allen从饮食上给了我很重要的指导，他真的很好，细心温柔关键是很专业，不管是在课上还是在私下，有任何问题问他，他都会回复，我觉得减重塑型这一块，不光是要很强的意志力和执行力，一个好的专业的教练也很重要，找Allen不会错！
The map is not clearly marked. Reservations are required on Saturdays and Sundays. I walked here for 2 hours round trip. I knocked on the door for a long time. It was hot at the door and there was no soundproofing. Your advertising map is not standard. I didn't know you had reservations on Saturdays and Sundays. The attitude is extremely bad. This person is doing the reception. I have never seen such a bad person. Whoever goes there will be unlucky. I hope this store will close down soon.
