I regret not listening to the previous reviews and giving this business the benefit of the doubt. My first eyebrow appointment went fine—the owner was pleasant, and I was happy to find a place so close to home. Unfortunately, my experience after that left a very bad impression. This review is specifically regarding their no-show policy.
