Prompt service, reasonable price and lovely finish on our ageing floor to transform the old boards. The staff were friendly and professional and with little fuss or mess to work in our home. The waterbased finish also made a big difference, with very little residual odour from the work in our kitchen, living rooms, and bedroom. Many thanks.
Life tip: if you're going to drive dangerously, don't do it in a car covered with your business logo and contact information.
Wow - if you want terrible communication, a useless floor layer who can't lay boards straight and a timber floor that looks 10 years old after 10 weeks, then go for it!
Do yourself a favour and avoid these guys. We paid a deposit for carpet for 3 simple bedrooms, back in May. 7 phone calls, 3 emails, 2 in store visits, and 4 months later - still no carpet, with the only explanation being that they're having problems with shipping. Carpet "apparently" arrived a while ago but it was wet so they had to send it back and wait for more. Came and looked at floor and told me to I would need commercial vinyl for a small single person home and go to showroom to choose flooring. When I went to the shop I asked for price range in flooring I was looking at. They couldn’t answer. Said they would get back to me. I rang them after waiting a week to hear from them and they still wouldn’t give me a price. That was two months ago I still haven’t heard from them. Same thing happened with a neighbours enquiry. Very poor advice and customer service nil.
