Came to my house to give us a quote, I believe it was the owner. He got upset because I was direct about what I wanted and told me to "go to hell"! Obviously didn't want business!
Extremely disappointed. Won't bore you with all the details but here are the main ones: Communication - O. Organisation - 0. Carefactor - 0. Quality of work - 1. Would never use them again. Gave them heaps of time and paid half as a deposit weeks beforehand and they still couldn't arrange their work in a timely and promised fashion! Photo is 1 problem area of many🤢🤮
Prompt service, reasonable price and lovely finish on our ageing floor to transform the old boards. The staff were friendly and professional and with little fuss or mess to work in our home. The waterbased finish also made a big difference, with very little residual odour from the work in our kitchen, living rooms, and bedroom. Many thanks.
Life tip: if you're going to drive dangerously, don't do it in a car covered with your business logo and contact information.
Wow - if you want terrible communication, a useless floor layer who can't lay boards straight and a timber floor that looks 10 years old after 10 weeks, then go for it!
