We had high expectations and through WOW Floors' supportive admin team and their workforce, we achieved the outcome we were after.

We will be using another company to finish the rest of the house! Terrible communication! Had our date booked in, took a week off work for ease, removed all living, dining and kitchen furniture, no one comes! We had to call all day for a 3pm answer to say stock hadn’t arrived this morning… poor organising, when stock finally arrived a week later it has to sit overnight in our home to acclimatise, that wasn’t the plan last week!
