The assistant manager/service manager Tim was great and helped me with all of my car needs. In the middle of juggling the express lube center and the service center in the back he was able to make sure we all got handled. Thank u wow express. I will definitely be back.
I had my van fixed here 3 month ago. Yesterday one hour from home the exact thing happened again. So rather then fixing the problem they put a band aid on it. They already over charged me by hundreds of dollars they cost me hundreds more being stranded an hour from home. Tow cost, rental car cost, and not l now fixing the car again one month later. $150 full Full synthetic oil change with tire rotation!! Never again…I have a Tacoma .. very nice people tho … way over priced… Bulldog tire in Monroe is much cheaper and super nice customer service too…
