NEVER AGAIN!!!! I took my SUV, that was less than 2 months old, for a wash on 11/18/23. Their brushes scraped both sides of my vehicle from the front wheel well all the way to the back wheel well, the driver's side being the worst. It also scratched the front of my hood and the back near the side windshield. I took my car back to them within 1 hour after it happened.
