The line takes so long. I was waiting for 20 min just to get to where you pay. They need a better system.Â
I signed up for $18 / month car wash. In 29 days ( not full 30 days ) they charged me $29.99 . They never told me that the price would go up and charged me on a holiday Memorial Day . Which no one charges on a Holiday. When I called customer service she refused to transfer me to manager , refused to tell me her last name and managers name on duty . She ended up hanging up on me . Pretty good, but I like the one on Centennial better, it has airlines to blow water out of places so less drips later.Â
