Customer service above and beyond!!!!👋 Employee named Miles was standing by helping customers in the drive through check in. I was having problems with my phone, I was a new customer. He was very helpful, patient, polite, friendly, articulate. He was amazing as he helped me with the app etc . This was at the Stefanie location.Â
Wow, started as a decent place to get your car wash, now it's a location dummies play extremely loud obnoxious music. I mean music you can't even let your kids out of the car to help dry your vehicle. Staff do nothing to stop it. We couldnt even speak to management over the phone, no one seems to care about the actual members, instead allowing non members to play ghetto offensive music ridiculously loud. Nah, we are good.
