Pretty good experience overall. Daniel handled the carpet in my living room and managed to sort out a stubborn stain that had been bugging me for ages. The cleaning itself didn’t take too long and the carpet dried quicker than I expected, which was handy since I’ve got kids running around most afternoons. Price felt a touch on the higher side, but the result was solid and the room looks a lot fresher now. Happy with how it turned out and would probably book again down the track.

Very happy with the living room carpet refresh. Our neutral geometric-patterned carpet was looking flat and dull from everyday use and kids running around. The cleaners did a thorough deep clean, lifted all the embedded dirt, and brought back that fresh, plush feel – the subtle beige tones and design really stand out now. They were professional, explained everything, rearranged the sofa and coffee table neatly, and left no mess. Dried quickly too, which is perfect for Brisbane humidity.

I was away from my apartment for almost two months, and before moving everything back into the living room, I decided to have the carpets cleaned. They had that stale, closed-up smell and a few old marks that had been there for ages and the cleaner did a really careful job and took their time. I was surprised to see some of the older marks fade noticeably. After it dried, the whole place felt fresher.

Had them around last week and the whole thing went smoother than I expected. They rocked up right on time, got straight into it, and actually took their time making sure everything looked spot-on. By the end, the place felt super fresh, and even the view through the windows looked sharper with all that light coming in. Can’t fault the effort really — felt good walking back inside after they finished up.

We had a bit of a disaster when our dog tracked mud through the house after all that rain. Thought the carpets were done for, but the cleaner worked absolute magic. He took his time, pre-treated all the bad spots, and even helped shift a few bits of furniture. Carpets dried within hours and looked brand new by evening. I honestly didn’t expect that level of care for the price. Would call them again without a second thought.
