I booked rug cleaning and carpet stain removal for my Brisbane home. Tom was professional, careful with furniture, and explained what could realistically be cleaned. The rugs and carpets look fresher and stains were noticeably reduced. Carpets dried in a reasonable amount of time and there were no unpleasant odours. The cost was fair for the results and attention to detail. Minor improvements could include slightly better edge cleaning, but overall I am very satisfied with the service and results.

Excellent service all around for my carpet and rug cleaning needs. Tried their Rug Cleaning service after our area rug got musty during the rainy season in Brisbane. Nathan arrived on time, brought everything he needed, and took his time working on a delicate wool rug. He mentioned the dye stability before testing it, which was reassuring.
