We had a bit of a disaster when our dog tracked mud through the house after all that rain. Thought the carpets were done for, but the cleaner worked absolute magic. He took his time, pre-treated all the bad spots, and even helped shift a few bits of furniture. Carpets dried within hours and looked brand new by evening. Turned up right on time, ran a quick fiber and stain inspection, and used a low-moisture encapsulation system with the right pH-neutral detergent for our synthetic pile. Managed to lift a few old traffic stains I figured were permanent. The rotary pad extraction left the carpet dry within an hour. Good gear, proper technique, and fair price.
I had our 2 year old carpet steam cleaned in the lounge, hallway, kitchen, and dining area. The team was professional, gave clear info on what to do before they started, and the price was fair. Carpets came out looking fresh and smelling like new and very happy with the result. See you in my next booking!
