I’m fairly pleased with the overall result and the carpets definitely look fresher than they did before. After a few years of regular use, the hallway and living room had picked up quite a bit of dirt and darker traffic marks. The cleaning made a noticeable difference in those areas and brought some of the original colour back. They also treated an older coffee stain, although it was still visible afterwards, which was the main let-down for me. Most of the carpet cleaned up well and the overall finish was good.

Had the carpets cleaned after a few years of regular use and there was a noticeable difference, especially in the hallway and living room. The carpet looks fresher and the darker areas have improved quite a bit. One older coffee stain was still visible afterwards, which was the main let-down. Most of the carpet came up well, but I was hoping that particular mark would have faded more.

The lounge room carpet and a couple of rugs were well overdue for a proper clean after years of foot traffic and pets. Before starting, they checked the carpet, explained the cleaning process, and pointed out a few areas where the stains would improve but might not disappear completely. We finally got our living room carpet professionally cleaned after putting it off for ages, and I'm glad we did. It had a lot of traffic marks near the couch and walkway, plus some drink spills from the kids that I couldn't fully remove myself. We had the lounge, hallway and three bedrooms steam cleaned after a few years of wear and plenty of pet traffic. The technician pre-treated the heavy traffic lanes, worked on a couple of old drink stains, and used hot water extraction throughout. The carpets came up much fresher and the colours look noticeably brighter.
