After doing a purchase online a few weeks ago and still havent received item seen today that they have ceased trading 😞
Purchased a promotional item on Amazon which is from WOW Camping, the item was initially due to arrive 4 days ago and hasn't shown up. Tracking with Yodel shows that the item is still with Wow Camping and hasn't been picked up by the courier - so I have zero expectation that this will ever arrive. Refund process initiated. Extremely poor customer experience.
Doesn't open bank holiday even though said it was open
I purchased a tent from Wow in May and unfortunately on the last use the zip failed on the outer skin. I contacted Wow on a Sunday with the details. First thing Monday morning I had an email from Kayleigh saying that she was arranging a replacement for me via Coleman. A complete new tent arrived today. First class service from Wow.
