Ordered a set of camping pots online. When I unpacked them - they were in the original box - one of the handles was damaged. Gave them a call and was asked to send a picture, which I did later in the day. The next morning I received the confirmation that a replacement was on the way. I believe that you get to know a company really when you experience how they deal with a problem, so WOW camping has met - even exceeded - my expectations. Would like to give 6 stars (:-). Thank you.
