The sauces and spice rubs were well received at the 2011 National Buffalo Wing Festival this past Labor Day Weekend in Buffalo, NY. "The Maple Cinnamon was a hit," said Reid Nolte, Director of Marketing of WOW Cafe & Wingery. "Typically, we never run out of sauces at the Wingfest. This year, we ran out of Maple Cinnamon by 3pm on Sunday!".Â
