I signed in and was waiting for my usual person....after 3 customers came and went i asked the other lady where Shova was .. she said she is here... I said is she busy in the back .. she said I dont know. I said is she coming out front she will be here.. I asked how much longer she said I dont know.. not once was I acknowledged until I approaced...not once to she go check and ask Shova how much longer.. so I walked out. This was the worst experience of my life. There was an old asian lady that did my eyebrows and she kept making remarks about my tattoos and assuming I was in the military because I had a tattoo sleeve. She even asked “Why do you keep getting tattoos?” as if she though tattoos were a bad thing. She even took the sunglasses off my head without asking me first and placed it right on my neck. You don't have to stop going there. Who knows you make come out looking like me. Worst experience of my life. I was in Greenbrier mall shopping for a perfume I had been wanting. After my purchase at Macy's as I was leaving the mall, I walked passed wow brows. Never heard of them didn't even know they were in the mall. I usually get my eyes arched at the nail shop with wax.
