I visited this barbershop today with my two sons. Approximately 30 minutes after our arrival, another customer entered the premises. After a brief wait of around 10 minutes, that individual was given priority service ahead of us without explanation. When I inquired with the barber, *Masai*, about the decision to allow the other client to skip the queue, the client interjected and claimed he had previously called and had been at the shop earlier.
