Johnny originally made my hearth too long but return to shorten to the correct length. Unfortunately, when he cut it down, it burnt the end. He said he could fix the finish, but he never returned. He made 4 appointments, but no showed. I’ve asked him on multiple occasions what product he used so that I could fix the pitting and the burn spot. It’s so sad because it could look so beautiful. When he made the repair it looked great. The next day the burn and the pitting occurred. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him.

The worst vendor you can possibly find in all of Flathead Valley. Not only did he not perform to his obligations, he is trying to hold our deposit hostage. He is arrogant, flippant, and frankly rude. We would never ever hire him and we will strongly encourage all our network to never hire him due to his attitude and lack of respect. Morever, he lies about his timelines. He tells our builder, that he realizes he is delayed but that his current project is "morphing and changing". Once we realized that he was just stringing us ... read more
