What a scam... I ordered a "try-on ring" which was delivered more than a month later. They're supposed to give you a prepaid return label so you can return it in 10 days and get refunded. I DID NOT recieve a return label. I emailed them (no answer), I called three different days (no answer nor call-back), I even Instagram messaged them - nothing. UPS will not accept the package without a return label. Now they've taken $200 for a fake ring and I had to pay an extra $50 in shipping duties (not refunded). Wove, please fix this... read more
I had a great experience with WOVE! I needed a custom ring made and Mary Caroline - my paired designer - was AWESOME! She was quick to respond, understood my needs, answered my questions clearly, and delivered on exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, I had some special circumstances that needed to be met as me and my fiancée are military, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The final product was beautiful and my fiancée loves it!! I would highly recommend working with them.
Really bad customer service and they purposely infated prices before offering "deals." Designer ignored me and didn't even send me what I asked for.
