Same experience I had as everyone else. Went to Solis Mammography that is on my insurance only to find out they contract with Singleton Associates that is not on my insurance. Solis should be put out of business along with Singleton for the surprise billing techniques. Nobody at Solis mentioned that another provider that was not on my insurance would be providing services. No doctors and or nurses probably the worst care I have ever received. After giving up on them getting better sought out professional help elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

I went to the ER at Memorial Herman hospital in Katy, TX. It seems MH works with Singleton Associates for Radiology services ( In my case, cat scan). My insurance covered the cat scan with MH. But recently, a collections company contacted me regarding an unpaid bill for the cat scan. Singleton never got in touch with me nor did I receive a letter from them. If I could give this company a zero, I would! Because they don't answer their phone calls and they leave you on hold from 1 hour and on. Hermann Memorial was no help either. They were the ones who sent my X-rays to them.

Dr. Blackwell is a quack. Without looking at an MRI or even an x-ray this meat cutter touched my ankle in 3 places and tried to schedule surgery a week later. When I asked his staff about filing disability paperwork they said that because I didn't pay out of pocket for the surgery they refuse to help. Run from this place before you regret it.

I do not believe that this is a legitimate place of business or that anyone performs any medical services from it at all. You cannot find it online. Singleton Associates PA does not have a web site, nor does it have any list of providers who are associated with it. This company chooses random citizens, and they partner with a collection agency to scam these unsuspecting citizens by sending collection statements. Harmful and dishonest. In the 8 months since the stated date of charge, not a single bill was ever sent to me, which also means that there’s been no effort to demonstrate what if any service they performed on my behalf. The first and only notification I’ve seen is from thee collection agency Credit Systems International Inc. The letter states “This correspondence is from a debt collector”.

Who are you people? I received a debt collection letter stating that I owe money from a service from 2017. Do you have a copy of that bill because I never received one? I'll be more than happy to work with you to resolve this issue but please provide proof that I used your services and who sent me to you.
