Went here for the first time yesterday. Every single person I came into contact with yesterday was so sweet and the doctor and nurses made me feel so at ease. They were a little busy, but that's not out of the ordinary for a medical building. I would definitely recommend and I will be back for any wound care needs I need in the future
My grandmother is struggling to keep down the prescribed anabiotic medication We've tried all their suggested methods on how to take it and she was still not able to keep it down. The secretaries final advice was to stop taking it, but she needs an anabolic to clear her infection. I suggested her taking it through an iv bc it has been the most effective , but the secretary claimed this wasn't an option, contradicting multiple nurses. The secretary was unhelpful and appeared disinterested in her role. I hope with this review ... read more
I canceled my appointment real fast . I guess now a days people feel they can say anything . A nurse had the nerve to tell me they can’t remove sutures for free as if I asked for them to be removed for free . Then they had the nerve to call my phone 5 days before the appointment to ask me if I have insurance or self pay because I supposedly don’t have insurance on file when I just left the emergency room with sutures last Wednesday with all the insurance info they could ever need .
