Awesome staff! They took care of my wound gently and professionally. They even gave me a parting celebration on the day of my discharge. Dr. Duncan is surrounded with caring people, including herself!🙏❤️🙂

The doctor and nurses and front office lady are excellent! They're so helpful and knowledgeable. They take great care in trying to make you comfortable. No rush job either. I highly recommend this place for wound care!!
Although the doctors did a great job. their billing is terrible. I specifically asked if I needed a referral from Tricare to be treated and was told "No, wound care is covered". I am now being billed way above my copay as a referral was in fact required for correct insurance coverage. All efforts to correct this were denied and even after asking if I can speak to the person making the decision I have had no call back. Made 5 attempts with Baptist to correct the billing and was denied. My bill has now been sent to collections... read more
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They treated me over a few months and made every visit enjoyable. Highly recommend for your wound needs!
