I went here in early January with an appointment, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. While I agree they need to ditch the reception bot for booking, that is no reflection on the location itself.
called and the receptionist was an infuriating AI chatbot that couldnt help with anything. eventually it let me speak to a human but she wanted me to text her an image of my private medical data. very unprofessional.
I had a very good experience getting my ultrasound done here. The tech was timely, efficient and friendly! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
They were more than 30 minutes late and no one seemed to know why or have an explanation. Worst service ever. Update: they took us in 45 minutes late. They said we were late which is a lie, we arrived 10 minutes earlier.
