Long overdue post. I used Wo's Custom Tailoring three times. For a bridesmaid's dress, my rehearsal dinner dress, and my wedding dress last spring. Each time, they took great care to make my dress perfect, working extra special magic on the rehearsal dinner dress , since I basically just ordered that in the wrong size and it needed alterations everywhere. Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants to make sure their wedding gown is in the right hands.
My Moncler jacket had a lot of small tears, lost buttons, and holes. I carried it to many tailor stores in Manhattan and got refused. I was so tired to find the store that could fix my down jacket. I told myself to tried one last time and carried it to Wo’s Customer Tailoring store. Luckily, my jacket was fixed with excellent skills and care. Staff taking ten people at once. Took 20 minutes just to check out. Started 15 minutes late
They are extremely gifted and have amazing customer service! They completely re worked my pants that were too tight for me in just a week and saved my day!
Sheila did great work hemming my bridesmaid dress. The fabric was a stretchy silk so I was nervous to take it to just anyone. The pricing is a bit higher than I typically would’ve liked to pay for a hemming but I am glad I did for the peace of mind of knowing it would get done right. Service was quick when I came in both to drop it off and pick it up and Sheila made sure she hemmed it how I would like it. I will be back!
