Honestly? I'm not happy with my suit alterations. For the ludicrous amount of money they charge, I should be satisfied, but the work is just ok. The people and their customer service are wonderful, but I'm never going back unless it's to have them try and fix it again. Unfortunately,, it's too late for my out of town trip, so I get to spend a week wishing I went to another tailor and got exactly what I wanted for a lot less money.
Incredible team, service, and expertise. I needed my wedding dress altered on a short turnaround, and they were so kind, accommodating, and meticulous. They did an amazing job — thank you!
We had a zipper malfunction on our way to a wedding. They stayed open late for us, had to cut the dress, replace the zipper and it all happened in 20 minutes. My sister was near tears and they just reassured her and told her not to worry. Fantastic, fast and compassionate service. Hero status. Thank you Wo's!
I have only had amazing experiences with Wo's! They did a beautiful job hemming my curtains (and taking the time to explain how best to measure them so they could be hemmed to the perfect length) and taking a two-piece outfit (skirt and top) fit like a glove. They are super friendly with great turn-around time and I will definitely be using them in the future!
