Terrible company. Came out to see the job and charged for the estimate and never told me they charge for an estimate. When I called to inquire the owner answered and was irate. He was yelling at me, asking me who I though I was. He said they always charge for estimates and that it was my fault for not asking and he hung up on me.
Don't stand behind their work! Used Worton for a year with no problems. The following spring their technicians came out and didn't know what they were doing and took apart some components. Worton then sent an experienced tech out that instantly saw the mistake that was made and fixed it in minutes. We were then charged another $80. It has been a very enjoyable experience doing business with Worton Irrigation. They have been maintaining my system for three years now and I have been very pleased with it as well as the service they have provided me over the years. Quality – Im a customer of worton irrigation. Worton and his service technicans are very professional and show up on time. They difinetly use the highest end of irrigation products. As for as them using old parts. As a customer, ive personally watch them without them knowing and have seen there work. I'd encourage anyone if they need sprinkler repair to try worton. Thumbs up to their business and profesionalism.
