I got my AT&T wireless internet in November, 2017. It was part of the contract with DirectTV. It worked wonderfully until June, 2020. Then everything changed. The internet drops repeatedly. I mean 15 - 20 times a day. I started calling AT&T and DirectTV the middle of June. It is now October 1. I have talked to 36 people on the phone between those two companies. Could not watch World Cup because of your silly dispute on fees! Also customer service is terrible. Called three times and nobody could help me with a discount or an explanation. Might be time to cancel!
