We needed our entire sewer line placed from our home to the road. It was quite an extensive job, but the crew did amazing! Heather, who works in the office, answered all questions, was very patient and told us exactly what to expect. Tim and Daniel were extremely professional, kept us updated along the way, and made sure to clean up their mess when they were done. Wortman Mechanical came out to do our fall servicing on our HVAC system. All went well. Connor and Aiden arrived promptly (i love the email notification that tells us the technician is on the way) They were very neat and clean and polite. They always wear the blue booties over shoes. I cannot say enough good things about Wortman! The team is amazing, always so patient and helpful. They can fix anything!!! Just amazing folks! Always polite, never condescending. Prices are always reasonable.
Wortman Mechanical is by far the best !!!!!! I called to make them aware of a noise I was hearing once unit satisfied itself.....they sent Ryan out to diagnose and record the sound. They worked us in even during these frigid Temps when I know they were super busy with "no heat" calls. Communication is always on point. Heather is such an asset to the company.
