Beware -- predatory business practices. Over the years, I have signed up for a number of online services where I enter my credit card information to begin a free trial, knowing my card will be charged if I don't cancel after a certain number of days. I have no problem with this. However, WorthPoint is the first service I've used that billed me on a monthly basis after the free trial expired, without ever emailing me a notification or paid invoice A) to let me know they have begun their monthly billing, and B) when my card ha... read more
Don't sign up! They charge your bank account after 7 days. I asked for a refund and they refused. Their web site doesn't explain their terms plainly! I am contacting the BBB and the Atty General to complain as soon as I finish here.
