15,000 km Service completed on my Multistrada V4S. I always like the genuine interest shown in my visits to Worthingtons. The workshop manager answered all my queries, got the blutooth working, etc. Great stuff. Service was completed on time.Good. Rob at the front desk was also a pleasure to deal with as well. Outstanding service i needed new tyres went in to order them on a Tuesday and told them I was going for a ride on Sunday and asked if my from tyre would ok which was just about stuffed and they didn't want me riding it so they said we a set in stock and said we will put them on now so you can use the bike Sunday. I have never seen that happen before.
My GS1200 (2014) broke down not far from the dealership, so I walked in to see if they had a fuel filter. I was greeted by Nathan in Spare Parts, who handled my situation with professionalism and care, especially as I was stressed at the time. While looking around the showroom, I met Rob from Sales, who impressed me with his incredible knowledge of BMW motorcycles and the exciting new models being released soon.
