Very positive experience. Everyone very helpful and courteous.
My bike booked in for service Tuesday 14.10. Advised needed new chain and sprockets, rear tyre and pink slip. All good and in stock (apparently). When I dropped bike off was told chain and sprockets not in stock but would be ordered and hopefully be delivered and able to fit following day. They would call me. That never happened. Having been told every day when I rang that it would be ready the following day; never happened.
