Purchased my bike in Tassie, but have been welcomed here for 1000k service. Signed up for service for next three years. Just a shame I was ready to spend a heap more but the stars and suppliers wouldn't align.
Thursday, 6 Nov 25 - ordered tyres and booked fitment for Monday, 8 Dec 25. Thursday, 27 Nov 25 - checked and the tyres had supposedly arrived??? Monday, 8 Dec 25 - delivered wheels for fitment to find out the tyres weren't in stock. The tyres were reordered with a lead time of 2 to 3 days. Thursday, 11 Dec 25 - called and the tyres had just arrived and would be fitted Friday, 12 Dec 25. They would call when ready. Friday, 12 Dec 25 - called 11:13 a.m. to be told fitment hasn't started.
